MS_ROOT Files and Folders Walkthrough
What is MS_ROOT? The MS_ROOT is the root or beginning of your memory stick that your PSP reads files and media from.
Here's what your Memory Stick Root should look like:

CXMB: CXMB is a folder that allows you to have Custom Theme Files. You also have a plugin in your "seplugins" folder for CXMB.
ISO: ISO's are game files usually ripped from the original UMD with UMD Dumper. When you find one on the internet you will need to put them in this folder or they will show up as corrupt data. Then you can access them on your PSP at Game-> Memory Stick.
ISOSPLIT: ISOSPLIT is where you put ISO's that come in parts. Example: If you find an ISO game in a forum and it says Part 1 download and Part 2 download, that means that you have to download each part and put it into the ISOSPLIT folder. Then you can access them on your PSP at Game-> Memory Stick.
MUSIC, PICTURE, VIDEO: If you want to put picture, video, or music files on your PSP, this is where you put them. It's pretty obvious. You have these folders on a unhacked PSP.
PSP: The PSP folder is where you have your SAVEDATA folders, GAME folders (Put games that come in folders here), SYSTEM, etc. This is also where you have files for new apps that may come out like the Internet Music Player, RSS Channel, etc. You also have these folders in a unhacked PSP.
music_src (you may not have this): The music_src folder contains files for Music.PRX. This is a seplugin that you can use. Not all people have this folder and it does not effect you if you don't. I just happen to have this because I use the Music.PRX plugin. If you'd like, you can find out more about Music.PRX Here.
seplugins: The seplugins folder is important to many people that have hacked their PSP. This is where you put PRX's that you use in your games or in the PSP home. Some people may have NitePR, MKUltra, CWCheat, etc. in this folder. When you go to the M33 Recovery Menu you can enable and disable items in this folder.
If there is not a folder in the image that is not mentioned then you don't need to worry about them.
